At Echo Mountain, we are committed to providing the best experience possible for our guests. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be closed on Friday, February 21. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Refund Information for Ticket Holders
If you had a reservation or purchased tickets for Friday, February 21, your purchase has already been refunded. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and return to your account. There is no need to reach out to our team—your refund has been automatically processed.
Season Pass Holders
We want to keep our season pass holders in the loop as well! If you have an Unlimited, Value, Combo, or Night Pass, we appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back soon. Midweek pass holders are not affected by this closure, as Fridays are not included in those passes.
