Cancellation Requests
We know life happens and plans changed unexpectedly. We do our best to be understanding and accommodating when it comes to cancellation and refund requests. With that being said, we have a policy that we stick to in order provide the best service possible to our guests. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Requests
- There is a $5 per ticket Cancellation Fee until 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation.
No Cancellation for a Refund within 48 hours prior to your reservation, but the Rescheduling Policy applies.
Reschedule Requests
- There is a $5 per ticket Rescheduling Fee until 5:00 pm of the day prior to your reservation.
Rate increases will be charged to the card used for purchase. Rate decreases WILL NOT be refunded.
No rescheduling after 5:00 pm the evening prior to your reservation date.
If you meet these criteria and would like to Reschedule your reservation, please log into your Account and select a new date and time for your reservation!
If you meet these criteria and would like to Cancel your reservation, please fill out the below form and we will be in touch via email within 48 hours after you submit you request.
