The Echo Outpost is a our very own food truck that will be operating off-site for the 2023 Summer season. We'll be serving up delicious grub all summer long, so if you're in the area hiking, fishing, or just joyriding and reminiscing about those winter days come stop by The Echo Outpost and grab a bite!
The Echo Outpost will be located at 13264 Chicago Creek Rd, Idaho Springs, CO 80452. You'll find us in the parking lot there before you go through the gates to drive the highest paved road in North America!

Our menu will be a little different than what the food truck is usually serving during the winter.
Rather than pizza we'll be offering up delicious tacos and BBQ sandwiches to fuel you up for your trek up the highest paved road in North America.

You can find us in the parking lot of the former Echo Lake Lodge and right before the entrance to the highest paved road in North America! This is just a few miles down the road from our skiing and snowboarding location on CO-103.
