We know life happens and plans changed unexpectedly. We do our best to be understanding and accommodating when it comes to cancellation and refund requests. With that being said, we have a policy that we stick to in order provide the best service possible to our guests. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations
- There is a $5 per ticket Cancellation Fee until 7 days prior to your reservation.
No Cancellation for a Refund within 7 days prior to your reservation, but the Rescheduling Policy applies.
Reschedules
- There is a $5 per ticket Rescheduling Fee until 5:00 pm of the day prior to your reservation.
Rate increases will be charged to the card used for purchase. Rate decreases WILL NOT be refunded.
No rescheduling after 5:00 pm the evening prior to your reservation date.
