We know life happens and plans changed unexpectedly. We do our best to be understanding and accommodating when it comes to cancellation and refund requests. With that being said, we have a policy that we stick to in order provide the best service possible to our guests. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations
- FREE Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation.
No Refunds Within 48 hours of the start of your reservation time, but the Rescheduling Policy applies.
Reschedules
- FREE rescheduling from 48-24 hours prior to your reservation.
Rate increases will be charged to the card used for purchase. Rate decreases WILL NOT be refunded.
No rescheduling within 24 hours of the start of your reservation.
