Summer at Echo Mountain is here and we're excited to get you up to speed on all the things we've been working on. Typically during the summers you don't see or hear from us too much since we are preparing for the upcoming winter season. This summer we set out to change that and have been working on more opportunities for you to come visit us during the warmer months!

The biggest change you'll see this summer is that our restaurant, Brother's Grille, is OPEN on weekends starting Friday, July 22nd! Details about the menu, hours and more can be found below.

Tired of waiting until winter to get your Echo waffle fries fix? Well, we've got you covered.

Brother's Grille will officially be open on Summer weekends starting Friday, July 22nd.

Our hours of operation will be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Our menu will feature a lot of guest's favorites like our Echo Burger and waffle fries, but we're also excited to try out a few new recipes that are more suited for the warmer weather and folks stopping by after a hike.

Fresh food, cold beer and unbeatable views...what more could you ask for?

Hiking Near Us

The Summer heat can be brutal, and one of the best way to escape the heat is to head up to the mountains for lower temperatures at higher elevations.

Luckily for us, we're located just 50 minutes from downtown Denver and we're surrounded by some amazing local hiking trails right off of CO-103 which make for a great day-trip! We put together a list of some of our favorite hiking trails to help make planning your next hiking trip even easier.
