Decorations & Send Off

Sparklers/open flames allowed, fire ban dependent

All personal items must be removed at the event's conclusion

Prohibited Items include, but not limited to:

Bird seed, confetti, poppers, glitter, fake flower petals



Decorating Assistance Add On I $200/hr
Clean Up Add On I $200/hr
Pre-Approved Extra Time I $175/hr
Unapproved Extra Time I $250/hr


Requirements/Restrictions

No Outside Alcohol, Strictly Enforced
Dogs Allowed, with Restrictions
Day of Event Insurance Required
Tent Required for +100 guests

Shuttle Service required for +250 guests


Deposit & Payment Schedule

$1,000 Refundable Deposit (Ceremony & Reception)

$500 Refundable Deposit (Ceremony Only/Elopement)


Venue Fee + F&B minimum

25% non-refundable payment to reserve your date
50% of minimums due 6 months prior to event
Final 25% due 2 weeks prior to event

If booked within 6 months of your event, an alternate payment schedule will be applied.


Final Service Charge + Final F&B totals (if any) due within 5 days after event date

Service charge is 21%
Clear Creek County Sales Tax (currently 5.5%)
